  The Franklin Method

It is suitable for all age groups and influences everyday activities, work and sports.
The Franklin Method enhances the concept of imagination with the improvement of the inner physical organisation, the learning of movements and the optimisation of movement flows. The main emphasis lies in education and the development of your own images.

While Mabel Todd mainly concentrated on the musculoskeletal system, Eric Franklin’s method incorporates all organs, the nervous system, glands, all tissues and the individual cells. The method aims at aligning all the above mentioned systems until they form one unit, which grows health and well-being. The inner balance offers more space for our mind and will also show external results.

Attributes which will help understand the Franklin Method include curiosity, an interest in discovering your body and the willingness to accept self responsibility. Being aware of anatomy, physical contact to increase awareness and appropriate tools, such as balls or Thera bands, all support the process of developing a new orientation of your body and create the prerequisites for efficient, functional movements.

Ideokinesis
For thousands of years, the power of imagination has been known to be a healing method. Today, we use this power to increase personal well-being, to stay healthy and in various training methods.
