Lecturer art of motion






Jessica began studying in the health field in 2003 at the University of Tasmania. She completed a Bachelor of Health Science in 2005, majoring in Exercise Physiology. Throughout this time she worked as a group fitness leader and personal trainer as well as a sports trainer.

Following her first degree Jessica decided to further her studies and decided to complete the Masters of Physiotherapy course at Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia. It is a demanding course only offering thirty places, allowing talented students the opportunity to become a fully qualified Physiotherapist in two and a quarter years as opposed to the normal duration of four years. While at Curtin University, Jessica studied art of motion Essentials and commenced work as a matwork instructor.

Following her graduation from Curtin University in April 2009, Jessica started working at Inner Focus Physiotherapist as a Pilates practitioner, focusing on rehabilitation. She also works as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.

Jessica is now a lecturer for art of motion.
