Lehane has been involved in the health & fitness industry for the last 20 years. She has seen many changes, but one thing has never changed; her focus on ensuring the needs of her clients and customers can be successfully met.

While enjoying the challenge Lehane has been influential in training and implementing customer service procedures, with one aim: to provide an effective outcome. Having gained experience in a wide range of areas in the industry, she leant towards various forms of human movement – from Pilates, group fitness to personal training. Being trained in classical & contemporary dance in the past, it was rewarding to find Pilates as her future.

Seven years on Lehane still enjoys educating and training clients with this wonderful program of strength, flexibility and well-being. This passion has become her obsession and it is Lehane’s mission to continue to spread the good word.

Lehane completed all art of motion instructor training courses, which has given her the ability to assist a broad range of Pilates inquiries with first hand knowledge and efficiency.
