ENROLMENT INTO INDIVIDUAL COURSES & WORKSHOPS

For enrolment into an individual course/workshop we require full course payment, as well as the completed registration form, which can be emailed or posted to the office. Due to limited numbers in the course, confirmation will be processed in order of the payment date. For all prices please refer to the enclosed Fact Sheet.

 

ENROLMENT INTO COURSE PACKAGES

For enrolment into the Pilates Matwork Certification package or any other Pilates Education Packages there are two payment options. Payment in full is required to receive the discounted package price. The discount is applicable for both the early bird and the regular rate. Payment plan is also available, however an administration fee will be charged. Due to limited numbers in the course, confirmation will be processed in order of the payment date. For all package prices please refer to the enclosed Fact Sheet.

Timeframe

All Course Packages are valid for 12 months. For an extension please request the relevant form via email.

COURSE CONFIRMATION

After you have enrolled for a course/workshop/package you will receive a written confirmation letter securing your position.

COURSE ORGANISATION

Should, because of adverse conditions, the presenter be unable to lecture the course, we will inform you as soon as possible. Another qualified, experienced presenter will provide your education.

STUDENT NUMBERS

To ideally implement the courses and workshops, there is a minimum and a maximum number of participants defined.
In order to assure an individual, yet interactive tuition, 12 participants for the foundation education and 15 for further education courses are ideal. If less than five students the course will not be conducted. The students will be informed prior to commencement of the course and the paid fees fully refunded. More compensation claims cannot be made. Should the number of participants exceed the maximum a second lecturer will be available.

RESCHEDULING

Should you require rescheduling of your chosen course and/or exam date, we can accommodate your request and transfer your enrolment to alternative course and/or exam dates.

Timeframe

Rescheduling of a course, course package or exam must be within 6 months of initial enrolment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can cancel your enrolment over the phone, e-mail or mail.

Examination Fees & Master Classes

Non-refundable; rescheduling option available.
Under uncontrollable circumstances exceptions might be made and the course and/or exam dates can be transferred; see ‘Rescheduling’.

 

LIABILITY

art of motion does not take liability for accidents, loss or damage during courses, workshops or any other events.
